Clefio builds an AI workspace for models, agents, projects, and teams. This policy covers the public website at clefio.app. The Clefio product, once you sign in, is covered by the terms and notices shown inside the product.

What this website collects
The landing page does not require an account and does not run advertising or analytics scripts. We do not sell personal information.
Like most websites, the site is delivered through a content delivery network. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and basic security signals so the site can be served, cached, and protected from abuse. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie when it needs to tell browsers and bots apart; that cookie is not used to build an advertising profile.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your question and to keep a record of the conversation.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through email.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It does not store preferences in your browser. A security cookie may be set by our delivery network as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the public pages will continue to work.

Our infrastructure provider operates a global network, so technical data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by the provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
